The solicitation (19J01025R0001) requires a contractor to supply at least five full-time gardeners for the Embassy compound and one for the Deputy Chief of Mission Residence, plus a site supervisor. Services include routine maintenance such as grass cutting, edging, trimming, weeding, leaf removal, pruning, fertilizing, pest control, and irrigation management. The contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offer, with potential for award based on initial proposals without discussions.
