Key requirements include ensuring the B-52 has access from the Boeing Ramp via Taxiway Echo and Taxiway Alpha to the runway, restoring all lights and signs to original condition after aircraft movement, and repairing any damaged items at no additional cost. All contractor personnel must hold an electrical license issued by the State of Texas, and no apprentices may work without Master or Journeyman Electrician supervision. The Sources Sought questionnaire must be returned by March 18, 2026, at 1:00 PM CST, with responses directed to Brent Paul or Kristy Solis at the contact addresses provided.
