The project is scheduled for May 7, 2026, with a maximum of 12 hours total work time allocated for mobilization, removal, aircraft standby, reinstallation, documentation, repairs, and demobilization, all of which must occur during daylight hours. The contract requires all quotes to be submitted FOB Destination with NET 30 payment terms and no advanced or progress payments, and contractors must be registered with SAM and capable of electronic invoicing through WAWF. No specific award value or budget range is provided in the solicitation documents. The place of performance is San Antonio, Texas 78236, specifically at Kelly Airfield within Joint Base San Antonio Lackland, with all work occurring in restricted airfield areas requiring government escort and compliance with FAA regulations and entry authorization requirements.
