Evaluation will be conducted using three factors in descending order of importance: Past Performance (including delivery history and performance alerts), Ability to deliver items meeting specifications and timeframes, and Cost/Price. The deadline for submission of quotations is 9:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time on Friday, March 13, 2026, with all quotations submitted electronically to Francisco DeJesus, Contract Specialist, at fdejesus@bop.gov.

While no specific award value or budget range is provided in the solicitation documents, the substantial quantity of items requested and extended delivery schedule through mid-April indicate a significant procurement. Delivery is FOB Destination to Federal Correctional Complex Victorville, California 92394, with all deliveries restricted to business days and federal holidays excluded. Non-compliant items may be inspected for up to three days, and vendors must retrieve rejected products at their own expense within two weeks or face disposal by facility warehouse staff.
