This requirement 15B50226Q00000011 for Potable Water Sampling services has been deemed as an excepted activity in the DOJ / BOP contingency based on the urgency and critical nature of this requirement, this procurement is deemed legally authorized and operationally necessary under the exceptions to the Anti-Deficiency Act (31 USC 1341(a)(1)(B)).
