Place of performance is Mueang Chiang Mai District, Chiang Mai, Thailand, at Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization Park. The event runs October 16–18, 2026, with a three-phase scope: planning and coordination (July–September), fair design and execution (October), and post-event management (October–November). The contractor must demonstrate a pre-existing, established working relationship with Chiang Mai PAO Park administration, documented in writing; this requirement may be satisfied through a disclosed subcontractor partner approved by the U.S. Consulate General. The NAICS code is 711320, Promoters of Performing Arts, Sports, and Similar Events without Facilities.
Key deliverables include event concept proposals, three-day programming schedules, risk mitigation and safety plans, staffing and operations plans, and post-event reports with attendance and media reach analysis. Required infrastructure includes a main covered stage (4 meters by 9 meters minimum), professional audio and lighting systems, high-resolution LED display, minimum forty modular food and beverage booths, seating for fifty VIP guests and three hundred general participants, two inflatable bounce houses or water slides, and theatrical fireworks displays. The Government anticipates approximately 60,000 total attendees over three days (15,000–20,000 daily, with variation by day). All pricing must be in Thai Baht, VAT excluded, with payment structured as 60% upon planning phase approval, 30% upon execution completion, and 10% upon post-event deliverables approval. The Government will not provide a cost estimate or budget range; contractors must develop pricing independently. Quotations must be submitted electronically to cnxbid@state.gov. SAM registration is not required for submission.
