The contractor shall provide all supplies, materials, equipment and labor to remove and replace existing York Affinity 2S Series Air Conditioner and replace with dual-stage 5-ton Heat Pump, with equal or greater than 15 SEER Rating, and equal to or greater than 8 HSPF, including such items as wiring, system charging, cooper piping, and electrical wiring. New thermostat will be provided by the contractor. The contractor shall also remove and replace the existing HEIL Air handler 25KW furnance, and replace with new 25kw Air Handler Furnace Unit. Operational testing, system and termostat programming, training session, and manuals shall be provided by the contractor. The contractor will be required to connect the new heat pump to an existing control box. In addition, the Contractor will be required to formally test the HVAC system, lead a training session, and provide operational and maintenance manuals as specified in the contract documents.
Per FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this construction project is under $25,000.00.
