This is a Sources Sought Synopsis; there is not solicitation available. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. This Sources Sought is published for market research purposes only to assess whether there are businesses capable of performing semi-annual inspections, testing and maintenance service for specialized fire suppression systems installed in facilities to support mission operations. The suppression systems include high pressure carbon dioxide cylinders, clean/dry/wet chemical fire suppression systems, and testing of deep fat fryer thermostats if required by equipment manufacture. The contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor and materials and shall perform all operations necessary to complete the service work. The site of the work is located in areas A and B at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB) Ohio. This market research will be used to help determine if this may be a competitive acquisition, or if a set-aside in any small business program is appropriate (Small Business, 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVO), Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned (EDWO). Request that respondents complete and return a capabilities statement described below to identify firms who possess the capability to provide the above services for Air Force Base (WPAFB) Ohio. CAPABILITLIES STATEMENTS: Interested parties shall submit a capabilities package that explicitly demonstrates company capabilities and product/service specifications related to this effort. Responses shall include company name, physical and mailing address, and point of contact with his/her phone number. Prospective sources must also indicate their businesssize status (e.g. large, small, small disadvantaged, 8(a), women-owned small business) in relation to North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code 541990. Prospective Sources should also include their corresponding Unique Entity ID (UEI) and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Codes. CAGE codes can be obtained by successfully registering in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Capability statements shall be limited to a maximum of 20 pages and may be sent via email, to the attention of Amanda Cafarella with at subject line that reads “FA8601-24-R-0013, Fire Suppression Maintenance.” at amanda.cafarella@us.af.mil.
