About this opportunity
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) Legal Division is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from cloud-based data-hosting eDiscovery companies to serve as the FDIC's primary eDiscovery vendor(s) for up to a 5-year ordering period. The FDIC anticipates making 3 Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) awards, with the possibility of making more or fewer awards.
