The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) herein issuance solicitation 15BFA023B00000011 for the award of a firm-fixed-price construction contract for a project entitled Paint Water Tower at the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Beaumont, located in Beaumont, TX.
Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Beaumont is a federal owned facility located at 600 Knauth Road, Beaumont, TX 77705. The project consists of the following:
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment for the Paint Water Tower at FCC Beaumont. The project includes the replacing of components, cleaning debris and corrosion, and painting a 1,000,000 gallon elevated water storage tank.

Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the project lies between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
