Contractors must also provide training for 45 Logistics Specialists on proper dock leveler operation and obtain a burn permit from the base fire department for any interior cutting and welding. The government will evaluate quotes based on technical acceptability, lowest price, and contractor responsibility, with a potential award made without discussions. The place of performance is Building 822 at Patrick Space Force Base in Florida, with a 30-day performance period for completing the installation and training. Quotes must be submitted electronically to 45CONS.PKB.email@us.af.mil, with physical shipping to 974 S. Patrick Dr., Bldg. 822, Patrick SFB, FL 32925.
