About this opportunity
The Department of the Air Force Air Combat Command is seeking a contractor to provide exhauster systems cleaning services at Holloman Air Force Base in New Mexico. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment required to clean the exhauster systems and affiliated ductwork in compliance with NFPA and IKECA standards. The period of performance is a 12-month base period from October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025, with four 12-month option periods. Questions must be submitted by July 9, 2024, with responses posted by July 11, 2024. Offers are due by July 17, 2024 at 4:30 PM MST, and the expected award date is on or about September 1, 2024.

Description of Services: The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment required to clean the exhauster systems and affiliated ductwork. All cleaning shall be performed in a professional manner and shall comply with all applicable standards as set forth by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and International Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Association (IKECA). The government reserves the right to increase or decrease maintenance frequencies or add and remove units from the cleaning schedule, provided that it has been approved by the Base Fire Inspector, and properly coordinated through the Contracting Officer (CO). Please see the attached PWS for more information.
Period of Performance (PoP): 01 October 2024 - 30 September 2029 (12 month base period and four (4) twelve month option periods).
Expected Award Date: On or about 01 September 2024.
Questions: All questions concerning this notice should be submitted electronically via email to the Points of Contact as indicated in this announcement. All questions must be submitted by 1630 MST on 09 July 2024. The questions will be answered and posted anonymously to SAM.gov by 1630 MST on 11 July 2024.
