About this opportunity

This solicitation requests quotes for the design, manufacturing, analysis, disposal, testing, shipping, training, and drawings for exciters and automatic voltage regulators to support operations at the International Boundary and Water Commission's Falcon Field Office in Starr County, Texas. Quotes are due no later than 3:00 PM Mountain time on April 14, 2023 and must address the contractor's technical approach, expertise, personnel qualifications, and past performance. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Technical acceptability will be based on the Contractor’s Technical Approach, Expertise and Qualified Personnel to provide the services, and Past Performance, please attached the specifications on your solicitation. 

Failure to submit required technical approach and past performance will deem a proposal non-responsive and no consideration for award will be given. 

Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. NOTE: The Offeror shall complete only paragraph (b) of this provision if the Offeror has completed the annual representations and certification electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) website accessed through http://www.acquisition.gov. 

The clause at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services (Nov 2021), applies to this acquisition.

The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Technical acceptability will be based on the Contractor’s Technical Approach, Expertise and Qualified Personnel to provide the services, and Past Performance, please attached the specifications on your solicitation. 

Failure to submit required technical approach and past performance will deem a proposal non-responsive and no consideration for award will be given. 

Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. NOTE: The Offeror shall complete only paragraph (b) of this provision if the Offeror has completed the annual representations and certification electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) website accessed through http://www.acquisition.gov.
