Update #2 · Latest ·
This is Amendment no. 0001 to a previously synopsized requirement issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation requesting quotes for the National Park Service, Olympic National Park, to award up to three competitive Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA's )to responsive, responsible contractors/vendors who can make multiple deliveries to multiple locations of various sizes of rock and fine aggregate over a five year period. The government will compete each BPA Call only among the BPA holders.
The purpose of this amendment is announce that the price schedule in Section 04 of Attachment 1 "Combined Synopsis-Solicitation Full Text (6/13/18)" has been revised and replaced entirely by new Attachment no. 4 "Revised Price Schedule (6/15/18)."
Vendors/Contractors shall hereby disregard the original price schedule in Section 04 of Attachment 1 and use the revised price schedule in Attachment 4 instead for preparing and submitting quotes. This revision was necessary based upon feedback received about needing to differentiate between a solo truck and truck & trailer for a vendor/contractor to be able to quote fair prices for each of the delivery locations.
Remember, if there's a specific type of material and/or delivery location you are not able to provide, then please leave that price blank and explain the reason for leaving a price blank in your quote.
QUOTES ARE STILL DUE BY 4:30pm (PST) on Thursday, June 28, 2018.
HOW TO SUBMIT QUOTE. Quotes shall be submitted electronically via email to Phaedra_Fuller@nps.gov. Each email must be no larger than 20MG in size. Include the solicitation number in the subject line (140P8318Q0074). Refer to Attachment no. 1, for full details of what to include in quote, including acknowledging this Amendment 0001. It is the Quoter's responsibility to ensure the quote package submitted is fully received.
