All on-site technicians must hold current, manufacturer-validated certifications in both AMAG and QVMS, with proof required within 48 hours of award and upon any personnel substitution. Critical security patches and firmware updates must be applied within 14 calendar days of release. The contractor must submit a preventive maintenance plan within 30 days of award and monthly service reports by the fifth workday of each month. Parts costing up to $15,000 require Contracting Officer's Representative approval; amounts exceeding that require Contracting Officer approval. Quotes must be submitted by 1000 Mountain Time on October 2 to kaela.reed@spaceforce.mil and ralph.mayer@spaceforce.mil. Quote validity must be held firm for 90 calendar days. All vendors must be registered in SAM.gov and complete representations and certifications.
