The services encompass comprehensive life cycle logistics and engineering support for naval aircraft, weapons systems, and related support equipment, including engineering support services, logistics analysis, maintenance planning, system engineering, training support, metrology and calibration, and industrial business operations. The contractor must provide support across multiple aircraft types such as E-2/C-2, F-16, F/A-18, F-35, V-22, and H-1 aircraft, along with various engines and components. A Secret-level facility security clearance is required, with access to Communications Security (COMSEC) information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and Secret Internet Protocol Network (SIPRNet). The evaluation will assess technical approach, past performance, and cost factors, with proposals due by 2:00 PM EST on June 30, 2025, following an extension from the original June 23, 2025 deadline.
This opportunity is designated as a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 541330 (Engineering Services) with a size standard of $47.0 million. The current incumbent contractors are Fleet JV, LLC for Fleet Readiness Centers Southeast, East, and Southwest LOGEN services, and LTM INC. for Fleet Readiness Center East Logistics. Performance will occur at Fleet Readiness Center depots located at Naval Air Station Jacksonville, FL; Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, NC; and Naval Air Station North Island, CA, as well as detachments and remote sites within the Continental United States. The government anticipates awarding approximately 10 task orders within the first two months of the ordering period, with an anticipated contract award date in December 2025.
