The contractor furnishes all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, testing, commissioning, documentation, removal, and disposal; the VA furnishes two compressed-air dryers. Performance begins October 1, 2026, and continues until completion.

Any firm believing it can meet the full integrated scope may submit written notification to Contracting Officer Michael Murphy at michael.murphy7@va.gov by 3:00 PM CST September 11, 2026, including SDVOSB certification evidence, bonding capacity documentation, and relevant boiler plant and mechanical controls experience.
