Amendment 1 has been issued to provide answers to offeror's questions, revise Instructions to Offerors, revise QASP. See revised attachments. All terms and conditions remain the same.
The Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, has a requirement to obtain personal services of 5.2 FTEs Emergency Medicine Physicians in support of the Evans Army Community Hospital (EACH), Emergency Department, Fort Carson, Colorado.
This requirement will be solicited as a 100% set aside as an 8(a) competitive procurement. Therefore, only 8(a) certified Small Businesses will be considered. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract with base period of twelve (12) months, 01 April 2021 through 31 March 2022, plus four (4), 12-month option periods. The Government reserves the right to exercise or not exercise the option periods as specified. The North American Industrial Classification System NAICS Code is 621111, Offices of Physicians (Except Mental Health Specialists), with a small business size standard $12 million.
