The performance period will run from March 2025 through February 2030, with the contractor required to maintain 95% equipment availability and respond to routine service calls within 4 hours and emergency calls within 2 hours. Four new Schindler traction elevators will be added on July 1, 2025, and seven Otis hydraulic elevators will be added on September 1, 2025. The place of performance is Wright Patterson, OH 45433, with the contract requiring compliance with ASME A17 standards and specific maintenance protocols.
