About this opportunity
The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID)/Zambia seeks proposals to implement an electronic supply chain management information system (eSCMIS) to support procurement and supply chain functions. Offerors must demonstrate experience developing and implementing supply chain IT solutions, project management, and regulatory reporting for government clients. USAID/Zambia will evaluate proposals based on technical approach, management, personnel qualifications, and past performance. Proposals must be submitted by April 3, 2019.
There is no set-aside designation. The solicitation anticipates awarding an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity cost-plus-fixed-fee completion contract for up to $15-18 million over five years. The selected contractor must deploy eSCMIS to 800-1200 additional health facilities by year three and fully transition the system to Zambian government ownership by the end of the period of performance in Lusaka, Zambia.
