About this file
This annual inventory report template outlines reporting requirements for government property held by a contractor under a USAID agreement in Zambia. It requires the contractor to provide an overview of the program funded by the agreement including start and end dates, implementing partners, funding sources and amounts, planned and actual expenditures. The contractor must also submit an annual report of government property in its custody including motor vehicles, furniture, and other non-expendable property acquired or disposed of during the reporting period through purchases, transfers, or other means. The report needs to be certified by an authorized representative attesting to physical inventory and record keeping practices.
