Air Force Security Assistance and Training (AFSAT) requires Electronic Door Access System Building 856 and 857 installed. The old system and cypher locks need to be removed and taken away. Hardware required to be installed: Programmable door controller allowing AFSAT personnel to program individual personnel access to building, set door lock and unlock times. The software to run the system (easy to operate by untrained personnel).
The Government is providing the opportunity to all prospective offerors for a site vist to Buildings 856 and 857 on JBSA-Randolph, TX 78150.
You are not required to attend the site visit and/or submit a propsal. However, if you elect to do so and the project is not funded, you shall not be entitled to submit a claim for the bid and/or quote costs. The Government reserves the right to cancel this site visit/combined synopsis/solicitation at any time.
A site visit is scheduled for 10:00 am Central Time on 12 September 17 at Buildings856 and 857, JBSA Randolph, Texas. Visitors shall park at the Visitor Center parking located at the main gate. Government representatives will meet you not later than 9:40 am to drive you to site visit location (Buildings 856 and 857). Government representatives will drive you back to the Visitor Center.
To assist us, please provide the following information for all attendees: Last Name, First Name, and telephone number (conference room space limitations, therefore, no more than 2 attendees per company). All information must be submitted no later than 12:00 pm Central Time, 11 September 2017 to attention Dawn Melchione email Dawn.Melcihone@us.af.mil
All questions submitted before the scheduled site visit will be answered in writing and posted on FBO.gov as soon as possible. Please make sure that your emailed questions state your company name, address, point of contact, telephone number and e-mail address.
