The procurement encompasses seven specific Schneider Electric components—including power and precharge fuses, an AFE INV brick, F-line coil, suppressor module, and auxiliary and main contacts—along with on-site installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning services. Contractors must be OEM-authorized Schneider Electric service providers with factory-trained, certified personnel and proprietary software access to meet the mandatory technical requirements. This is a firm-fixed-price acquisition, and the government will award the contract to the offerer with the lowest evaluated price. The original proposal deadline of March 20, 2026 has been extended to March 24, 2026 at 10:00 AM CST to allow time for site visits, and technical questions must be submitted by March 18, 2026 to the contracting officer Jake T. Anderson.
This solicitation is designated as a total small business set-aside with a NAICS code 423610 and a small business size standard of 500 employees. No incumbent contractor is identified in the solicitation documents. The estimated acquisition value is approximately $40,000, with the contract requiring eight Contract Line Items covering both component pricing and labor for installation services. On-site installation and testing must be completed within five business days of parts arrival, with an estimated delivery date of March 31, 2026, and weekly status updates on parts availability required beginning at contract award. Performance will occur at the Big Creek Supplemental Pump Station in Polk City, Iowa, with delivery to Saylorville Lake in Johnston, Iowa, and all contractors must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the time of submission and award.
