Contractors must comply with manufacturer recommendations, National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA), Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) codes, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations. The evaluation will be based on past performance and price, with quotes due by 2:00 PM Alaska Daylight Time on April 1, 2025. The total anticipated workload involves 1,443 dryer vent cleaning events annually across 65 buildings, including barracks, dormitories, lodging facilities, child development centers, fitness centers, and fire stations. The place of performance is Anchorage, Alaska 99506, specifically at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, with contractors required to handle services in compliance with strict base security and operational requirements.
