The contract requires the weekly delivery of 300 pounds of dry ice pellets to the Koritz Clinic, with the contractor responsible for providing all necessary management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor for these deliveries. Deliveries must occur on a consistent day (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday) between 0730-1630 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, using bins with soft rubber wheels to prevent floor damage.
