About this opportunity

The U.S. Army Public Health Center seeks capabilities statements from laboratories demonstrating qualifications to perform analytical services for 82 drinking water contaminants in support of the Center's sampling mission. Laboratories must be accredited under NELAC Institute and ISO 17025 standards, and show experience in quality system and QA/QC procedures. Capabilities statements are due by February 8, 2021 and will be evaluated based on the ability to perform the full list of organic, inorganic, biological, metal, anion, cation, nutrient, volatile organic compound, trihalomethane, haloacetic acid, perfluorinated compound, and pharmaceutical analyses requested.

There is no set-aside designated for this opportunity. Services will involve analytical testing to support the Army Public Health Center's ongoing drinking water sampling program at bases and other Army operating environments worldwide. Current contractors were not identified, however the budget range and period of performance were not specified in this pre-solicitation notice. The goal is to expand the Center's in-house analytical capacity for deployment and disaster response sampling scenarios.
