About this file
This document contains a request for information from the U.S. Army Public Health Center regarding analytical services for drinking water samples. The Army Public Health Center's Lab Sciences Directorate currently analyzes water samples to test for organic, inorganic, and biological contaminants to ensure safety at Army bases, but requires additional analytical capacity for deployments and disaster response. The RFI seeks capabilities statements from laboratories demonstrating qualifications including ISO/TNI accreditation, quality system management experience, and ability to perform the full list of 82 analyses provided, which include metals, anions, cations, nutrients, volatile and semi-volatile organic compounds, trihalomethanes, haloacetic acids, perfluorinated compounds, pharmaceuticals, coliform bacteria, and other contaminants. Capabilities statements are due by February 8th, 2021 to Brenda Mena at the provided email address. The opportunity is not a solicitation and no contract will result from this RFI.
