About this opportunity

This draft solicitation seeks proposals for business process engineering and policy development services to support the logistics readiness functions of the Air Force Headquarters. The Department of the Air Force is seeking advisory and assistance services to analyze, design, and implement improvements to business processes related to equipment management, ground vehicle training programs, distribution operations, and data integrity. Proposals will be evaluated based on technical approach, past performance demonstrating experience with similar requirements, and price reasonableness. The performance work statement specifies the services required over a one-year base period and four one-year options periods to be performed primarily in the Pentagon.

This is an 8(a) competitive set-aside solicitation with NAICS 541611 and PSC D302. The total contract value is unspecified but pricing tables provide labor rates for the base and option years. The contractor must pay all employees in accordance with the attached wage determination for the National Capital Region. Proposals are due in late September 2023 and award is expected in January 2024. The solicitation instructs offerors to submit technical and pricing volumes for evaluation and requests past performance references related to at least five contracts within the last five years.
