About this opportunity

The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) has issued a Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for student transportation services in Guam. The purpose of this announcement is to release the draft RFP to industry in order to obtain feedback from potential offerors on the requirements prior to the formal RFP release.

The draft RFP seeks a single Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (FFP, IDIQ) contract to provide all personnel, services, supplies, and equipment necessary for student transportation services, including daily commute, special education, and curricular/co-curricular transportation. DoDEA is interested in receiving feedback on whether the requirement should be split into smaller geographical zones or divided into separate contracts for drivers, safety personnel, and vehicles. The draft RFP is set aside for Women-Owned Small Businesses, and interested offerors must submit written responses by September 13, 2024. This draft RFP is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a formal solicitation.
