This solicitation seeks proposals for a multiple award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract to provide horizontal construction, repair, maintenance, and design-build services at Fort Bragg, Simmons Airfield, Pope Army Airfield, and Camp Mackall in North Carolina. The Department of the Army Materiel Command Mission and Installation Contracting Command requires construction services including demolition, grading, drainage, utilities, and general construction work. Proposals will be evaluated on technical approach, past performance, and price, with evaluation of price based on rates submitted for a notional $1-5 million seed project.
