While Certified Dryer Exhaust Technician certification is not required, offerors are encouraged to include it. Prime contractors may use qualified subcontractors. Wage Determination 2015-4559 (effective July 30, 2026) applies. Amendment 0002 (August 21) posted questions and answers; Amendment 0001 (August 19) restructured CLINs and established the August 20, 2 PM question deadline.
