About this opportunity
The Department of the Army Medical Command is seeking document destruction services for the Moncrief Army Health Clinic and outlying clinics at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. The solicitation (W91YTZ25QA035) requires a contractor to remove and destroy sensitive documents including medical documentation, paper, plastics, and computer hard drives from multiple clinic locations. Offerors must have the NAICS code 561990 for All Other Support Services and be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Potential vendors must submit questions by 12 March 2025 at 12:00 PM EDT, with final quotes due by 14 March 2025 at 12:00 PM EDT. The contract will be evaluated using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process, with technical factors weighted as more important than price.
This contract is a 100% small business set-aside for a five-year Firm Fixed Price agreement with a size standard of $16.5 million. Key requirements include being NAID AAA certified, possessing three years of document destruction experience, and providing lockable containers for bi-weekly pickups at 66 total locations. The performance period will run from 1 April 2025 through 31 March 2030, with services to be performed in Columbia, SC 29207. Contractors must use an automated destruction process where paper materials are never physically handled by personnel, ensuring strict security protocols are maintained. While specific award values are not explicitly stated, the comprehensive nature of the services and multi-year contract suggests a significant potential contract value for the selected vendor.
