About this opportunity
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is seeking to award a single-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide the DoD Mobility Classified Capability (DMCC) enterprise with the next generation of mobile devices, hotspots, domestic and international data service plans, and related equipment and services. The contractor must meet stringent security requirements, including the National Security Agency's Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) standards, to enable secure global mobile communications for joint warfighters, national leaders, and coalition partners. The contract will be evaluated on a lowest price technically acceptable basis, and proposals are due on June 27, 2024. Questions are due by April 24, 2024.
This is an unrestricted solicitation with no set-asides. The incumbent contractor is DISA/DITCO-Scott-PS84. The contract will have a one-year base period plus four one-year option periods, with a potential six-month extension. The Government estimates it will need to replace up to 9,000 existing DMCC devices and hotspots during the first two years of the contract. The place of performance is the United States.
