The draft specifies an IDIQ base contract with an initial five-year performance period and a 12-month implementation across 11 PACS Hub sites, including Fort Eustis, Yokota, Fort Belvoir, USAFA, Guam, Hickam, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Elmendorf, Travis, Langley, and Yokosuka. Cybersecurity requirements include RMF/ATO documentation, Hardware and Software Bills of Materials, and a prohibition on components from foreign adversary countries.
Respondents submit feedback by email to Contract Specialist Chelsey Jahn at chelsey.n.jahn.civ@health.mil, using the Comment Resolution Matrix template. Respondents bear all response costs, and not responding does not preclude participation in any future RFQ.
