Authorized reseller status from platform OEMs (Salesforce, Sprout Social, Adobe) is mandatory; all software must be genuine COTS new subscriptions directly backed by OEMs. Responses must include corporate profile, business size and socioeconomic status, and existing GWAC or Federal Schedule information. Vendor questions are due October 20, 2026 at 1700 EST. Contact Joshua Wells at Joshua.wells.ctr@deca.mil.
