Contractors must submit two-part quotes consisting of total pricing on Standard Form 1442 and a technical narrative not exceeding five pages explaining their project approach. The government will evaluate quotes based on total price and technical acceptability. A mandatory site visit was held on July 24, 2025, questions were due by July 29, 2025, and quotes are due by August 7, 2025 at 6:00 PM Arizona Local Time.

Work must be performed between 0730-1630 hours, Monday through Friday, with restricted access through the Swan Gate due to the facility's location adjacent to the flightline.
