The period of performance is a 12-month base with four 12-month options and ten optional tasks, not to exceed 60 months. Security requirements include FedRAMP authorization, FISMA, HIPAA, Section 508, Zero Trust, FICAM, and background investigations per VA Handbook 0710, with one-hour notification for security breaches. The base Enhancement/Development team requires a minimum of seven full-time equivalents in two-week iterations. RFI respondents must demonstrate support for at least 75 concurrent LCNC projects and 75,000 end users, and must provide pricing and contracting recommendations.
