About this opportunity

The Department of Veterans Affairs Technology Acquisition Center is seeking Consolidated Corporate Support Services (CCSS) 2.0 through a Request for Information (RFI) to determine its acquisition strategy for IT services. The procurement will focus on supporting VA financial management systems, DevSecOps applications, and corporate services including veteran benefits, financial services, payroll, and HR technologies. Key contract requirements include providing sustainment support for the VA's Financial Management System, delivering DevSecOps services using Agile methodologies, and supporting mainframe and web-based financial applications. The RFI invites potential vendors to submit detailed information about their capabilities, with responses limited to 10 pages and due by November 14, 2025, at 1:00 PM Eastern Time. Vendors are expected to demonstrate expertise in supporting complex IT infrastructure, implementing security measures, and staffing Agile Scrum teams.

The opportunity is potentially set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) under NAICS code 541512 with a $34 million size standard. The contract will be awarded through the General Services Administration Information Technology Multiple Award Schedule under Category 54151S, with a potential period of performance up to 62 months. While specific award values are not explicitly stated, the comprehensive scope of services suggests a significant investment in IT support and development. The solicitation will be issued via the Request for Task Execution Plan (RTEP) process, which means only current T4NG SDVOSB contract holders will be eligible to participate. The government's market research will ultimately determine the final acquisition approach, with a focus on identifying vendors capable of providing comprehensive, flexible IT support for critical VA corporate systems.
