The Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime seeks to award a firm fixed price contract to procure two process ovens and associated installation services. The solicitation requests the supply, delivery, installation, testing, training, and commissioning of two Grieve Model WRC6106-500 process ovens or equal to be delivered to Naval facilities in Washington by October 2, 2023. Offerors must propose firm fixed prices for the ovens and related data deliverables by September 22, 2023, and the evaluation will consider technical compliance and price.
This total small business set-aside is designated under NAICS code 333994 and PSC code 4430. The contractor must demolish and remove two existing ovens and associated ductwork at the place of performance in Silverdale, WA, and design and install new insulated stainless steel exhaust ducting and roof-mounted booster fans, to be completed within 180 days of award.

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime Puget Sound Naval Shipyard intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract for a CURING OVENS in accordance with (IAW) specification/statement of work and description outlined in the attached solicitation.
This procurement will be acquired IAW with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS Code is 333994 with a business size standard of 500. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 4430.
