Scope encompasses site preparation with dust-proof partitions, selective demolition, structural and roofing works (detachable steel roof structure with thermal-acoustic UPVC materials and epoxy-coated metal suitable for coastal environments), electrical upgrades (60-amp breaker replacement, IMC conduit installation), HVAC drainage systems, voice and data network infrastructure (approximately 310 meters of conduit routing), emergency shower/eyewash station replacement meeting S-19-310SS specifications (stainless steel, 30 PSI at 20 GPM), and waste disposal. The contractor must commence work within 10 calendar days of award and complete all work within 45 working days across 10 phases, with work restricted to 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. for non-disruptive activities and 4:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m. Monday–Friday for high-impact work. Liquidated damages of COP$150,000 per day apply for delays beyond completion.

Site visit will be held on September 3, 2026 at 09:00, if you are interested in participating send an e-mail to BogotaGSOCompras@state.gov with complete information of your company representatives before September 1, 2026 including the names and ID representative (max. one (1) per company). If you send the information after the deadline, the access will be denied.
Question will be received before September 8, 2026 at 4:00 Pm to BogotaGSOCompras@state.gov. Quotations are due by September 14, 2024 at 16:00 hours. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Quotations must be in English and incomplete quotations will not be accepted.
