About this opportunity
Paragraph 1:
This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued by the Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) to conduct market research for court document retrieval services. ERO is seeking a contractor to provide a secure, web-based software subscription platform that allows up to 150 concurrent users to efficiently request, track, and manage certified and uncertified court documents from U.S. state, county, and municipal courts, as well as U.S. territories. The platform must be FedRAMP approved and FISMA compliant. Interested parties are asked to provide information on their existing capabilities, experience, availability on existing procurement vehicles, and pricing estimates. Responses are due by May 22, 2024, and will be used for market research purposes only.
Paragraph 2:
This RFI does not have a set-aside designation. The government has not identified any potential incumbents or current contractors. While a specific award value or budget range is not provided, the RFI states that the contractor must be able to support a range of 3,000 to 15,000 individual orders. The period of performance is one 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods.
