The Federal Aviation Administration is seeking contractor logistics support services to provide aircraft parts for their fleet through a competitive Screening Information Request (SIR) under NAICS code 488190. The contractor will supply aircraft parts in new, unit exchange, overhauled, or repaired conditions for FAA's fleet, which includes King Air 300, King Air 360, Challenger 605, and Beechcraft C90 GTI aircraft models. The contractor must source parts competitively by documenting at least two sources and selecting the lowest price, with delivery timelines ranging from next-day AM for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations to 30 days for routine Priority 5 requests. The procurement will be evaluated using the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria, and the contract vehicle will be structured as a Blanket Purchase Agreement with subsequent call orders. The tentative SIR issue date is August 1, 2025, with a closing date of August 15, 2025, while the pre-solicitation notice response deadline is July 17, 2025.

The primary aircraft Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) involved are Bombardier and Textron, reflecting the specific aircraft types in the FAA fleet. The contractor will be required to provide biweekly invoicing and status reporting, with all parts delivered to the FAA/OKC Flight Program Operations facility in Oklahoma City. All parts must be restored by FAA-approved repair stations and meet specific condition standards with zero time and zero cycles since restoration, ensuring the highest quality standards for aviation safety.
