Notice text
In support of its mission, WMDC needs to acquire a contractor to deliver up to seven (7) Conflict Resolution Skills (CRS) training sessions for FY13. The CRS Program is a four-day (32 hour) residential program designed to help participants resolve difficult or uncomfortable situations and turn disagreements into productive workplace discussions. Using the Crucial Conversations® program from training-product company Vital Smarts as a guide, this seminar teaches best practices for engaging in open, respectful dialogues, even when stakes and emotions run high. In particular, participants learn to resolve conflict with others through the learning of various conflict management strategies, skills, and techniques.
