This is a sources sought notice and Request for Information only; responses cannot form binding contracts.

Place of performance is the VA Rolla CBOC in Rolla, Missouri, with contracting office oversight in Leavenworth, Kansas. The compact wheelchair recliner must accommodate both manual and electric wheelchairs with a maximum load rating of 880 pounds, feature a medical-grade steel or aluminum frame suitable for healthcare environments, reclining functionality up to approximately 60 degrees, a minimum 32-inch seat width, padded seating with high-density foam, medical-grade fluid-resistant upholstery, and a rechargeable internal battery. The bariatric bench must accommodate patients up to 825 pounds, provide back support and headrest options, and maintain easy-to-clean construction for infection control compatibility.
