The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center San Diego is soliciting quotations for reconfiguration of the Chaplain's office at COMNAVSURFPAC, with quotations due June 9, 2026 at 11:00 AM PST. Amendment 003, issued June 11, cancels this solicitation in its entirety; the government's requirements have changed and no award will be made.
This procurement was a Total Small Business Set-Aside (NAICS 337214, size standard 1,100 employees). Place of performance is COMNAVSURFPAC, 2841 Rendova Road, San Diego, California.
The project scope included comprehensive renovation of Room 26B, requiring demolition and replacement of ceiling tiles, carpet flooring, and window shades; painting of walls, doors, frames, and seismic beams; installation of fourteen 2x4 and two 2x2 LED lighting fixtures with adjustable color temperature at 277V; furnishing of four private offices, reception station, and collaborative areas with electric height-adjustable desks, ergonomic seating, mobile pedestals, bookcases, and wardrobe towers; installation of demountable partition wall systems with lockable sliding doors and sound-absorbing acoustic panels; and support services including removal and disposal of existing assets, wire management, speaker and data drop relocation, and IT equipment movement. Delivery was required within 60 days after award during FY26. Davis-Bacon prevailing wages applied. Evaluation was on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis with firm-fixed pricing. A mandatory site visit was scheduled for June 1, 2026 at Naval Base Coronado. Questions were due June 4, 2026. Amendment 002 provided responses to industry questions addressing partition specifications, acoustic panel requirements, paint colors, LED fixture details, and telecommunications routing.
