About this opportunity
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Indo-Pacific issued this Request for Information (RFI) to conduct market research on potential suppliers of Coca-Cola beverage products for Department of Defense and non-DoD customers located on the Island of Guam. This RFI is issued under FAR Part 10 and is for informational and planning purposes only, not constituting a formal solicitation or procurement guarantee. Prospective vendors must be functioning commercial distributors capable of sourcing, purchasing, storing, and distributing Coca-Cola products while maintaining product quality, timely delivery, responsive customer service, and all required federal, state, and local licenses and certifications; third-party logistics (3PL) firms that subcontract warehousing, procurement, and delivery functions are explicitly ineligible. The government will evaluate industry readiness to stage and deliver products to Guam, assess cold chain capabilities, timeliness, and shelf-life assurance practices, and evaluate potential delivery strategies. The deadline for responses to this RFI is January 26, 2026.
This procurement opportunity carries a Total Small Business set-aside designation, making it available exclusively to small business concerns. The government anticipates a long-term agreement requirement and has provided comprehensive documentation including a Schedule of Items listing approximately 150 Coca-Cola beverage and subsistence products with evaluated pricing tiers ranging from approximately $323,903 to $328,080 for a 12-month period, and a detailed Customer List identifying over 100 unique delivery points across multiple U.S. military installations throughout Guam, including Anderson Air Force Base, Camp Blaz, naval stations, and various administrative facilities. While no incumbent contractor is identified in the RFI, Pacific Unlimited Inc. is referenced in the supporting documentation. The contract will require the selected distributor to manage deliveries to diverse customer locations across military branches and support responsive service for additional or substitute items throughout the contract period.
