About this opportunity
The Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration is seeking to procure the rehabilitation and reconstruction of various parking lots and access routes at the Horsetooth and Carter Lake Reservoirs in Larimer County, Colorado. The project aims to improve vehicular and pedestrian access to the reservoirs while enhancing safety for over one million annual visitors. The contract will be awarded in December 2024, with construction expected to take place from April 2025 through November 2026.
This procurement is set aside for small businesses. The estimated cost range is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000, with funding provided through the Federal Lands Access Program (FLAP) and a partner match.
