About this opportunity

The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AOUSC) is seeking a single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Cisco products and services to support the Federal Judiciary's mission-critical IT systems. The procurement encompasses network switches, networking software, wireless services, server products, security products, online self-help resources, accessories, maintenance, and data center solutions, along with associated technical and implementation support. Offerors must be Cisco Gold Certified Authorized Resellers with government authorization and must maintain secure distribution and configuration centers within the continental United States. The government will evaluate proposals using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology, requiring two volumes: a Price Proposal using the provided pricing schedule and a Technical Proposal. Proposals are due by 11:00 AM Eastern Time on July 29, 2025, following several deadline extensions, with questions having been accepted throughout the solicitation process.

This solicitation does not utilize any set-aside designations and is open to all qualified offerors meeting the technical requirements. The contract has an estimated total value of $94 million over the five-year performance period, consisting of five 12-month ordering periods from September 2025 to August 2030, with individual call orders issued at firm-fixed prices. The BPA will serve over 30,000 federal judiciary employees across more than 300 locations nationwide, requiring delivery within 30 days for continental U.S. locations and 90 days for overseas locations. Performance will be managed from Washington, DC, with the contractor required to provide quarterly reporting and maintain a dedicated customer portal for real-time pricing and order tracking. The solicitation documents do not identify any current incumbent contractors, suggesting this may be a new procurement or recompete opportunity.
