About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Cisco products and services for the Administrative Office of the US Courts (AOUSC) and Federal Judiciary. The five-year BPA will support mission-critical IT systems across over 300 locations nationwide, serving 30,000 federal judiciary employees. The contract covers procurement of Cisco networking products including switches, software, wireless services, server products, security products, maintenance, data center solutions, and related technical support.
Key requirements include delivering products within 30 days domestically and 90 days internationally, establishing a dedicated customer portal for order tracking, providing quarterly reports, maintaining OEM certifications, and passing through all manufacturer warranties. The BPA holder must have secure, owned distribution and configuration centers within the continental United States, and cannot introduce new product families without formal modification. The government will award a single BPA to the technically acceptable offer with the lowest evaluated price, with individual call orders issued as firm-fixed price contracts.
