The vessel must accommodate launch and recovery systems for three CRRCs and two MK 18 Mod 2 UUVs, operate in sea state five conditions, conduct launch and recovery operations in sea state three, and maintain minimum five-knot transit speed with six-day endurance. Required systems include electrical power (four 220VAC three-phase and four 110VAC single-phase outlets), climate control (65–78°F), communications (VHF, ship cell phone, GPS, gyrocompass, 25NM radar), potable water production (500+ gallons daily), three daily galley-prepared meals compliant with Special Operations Forces Nutrition Guide, 110-gallon gasoline tank with OSHA-certified pump, and USCG-certified hyperbaric chamber. The contractor must provide an alternate vessel of equivalent or greater capability and port services including tugs, pilots, berthing, water, shore power, and waste removal. Period of performance is June 7–12, 2026. The NAICS code is 532411 with a small business standard of $45.5 million. Questions are due June 1, 2026.
